Account Settings
Profile, data export, and account deletion.
Accessing Settings
Go to Dashboard → Settings to manage your account.
Business Profile
Update your business name, subdomain, and contact information. Changes to your business name appear on your booking page immediately.
Data Export
You can export all your data at any time:
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Privacy
- Click Export My Data
- A JSON file is generated containing your account, businesses, staff, services, bookings, and all associated data
This is your right under GDPR and DIFC data protection law.
Deleting Your Account
To permanently delete your account and all associated data:
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Privacy
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
This action is irreversible. All your businesses, bookings, staff records, and personal data will be permanently removed. Active subscriptions are cancelled automatically.
Giving Feedback
Click the Feedback button in the bottom of the dashboard sidebar to report a bug, suggest a feature, or share any other feedback. Every submission is reviewed.
