Account Settings

Profile, data export, and account deletion.

Accessing Settings

Go to Dashboard → Profile to update your business profile, or Dashboard → Billing for payment and subscription settings.

Business Profile

Update your business name, subdomain, and contact information from Dashboard → Profile. Changes to your business name appear on your booking page immediately.

Data Export

You can request a copy of all data we hold about you and your business at any time. To request an export:

  1. Email privacy@reserv.now from the email address associated with your account
  2. We verify your identity (typically via a one-time code sent to that email)
  3. We send you a JSON export of your account, businesses, staff, services, bookings, and associated data within 30 days (extendable to 60 days for complex requests with prior notice)

This is your right under DIFC Data Protection Law 2020 and equivalent regimes (GDPR, UK DPA).

Deleting Your Account

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Email privacy@reserv.now from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account"
  2. We verify your identity via OTP
  3. We process the deletion and confirm in writing

This action is irreversible once executed. All your businesses, bookings, staff records, and personal data will be permanently removed. Active subscriptions are cancelled automatically. Some records (financial invoices, security logs) may be retained for the periods required by law — see our Privacy Policy for the full retention schedule.

Giving Feedback

Click the Feedback button at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar to report a bug, suggest a feature, or share any other feedback. Every submission is reviewed.
