Pricing
Reserv.Now costs $9.99 per location per month. This includes:
- Up to 20 staff members per location
- All features — no tiers, no hidden extras
- 30-day free trial with full access
- Up to 3 locations during the trial
Starting Your Trial
Your 30-day trial begins when you create your account. You get full access to every feature. No credit card is required to start.
Upgrading to a Paid Plan
Before your trial ends, you'll see a prompt to upgrade:
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade
- Enter your payment details (processed securely via Stripe)
- Your subscription starts immediately
Adding Locations
Each additional business location costs $9.99/month. To add a location:
- Go to Dashboard → Settings
- Click Add Location
- Follow the setup flow for the new location
Managing Your Subscription
In Dashboard → Settings → Billing you can:
- View your current plan and next billing date
- Update your payment method
- View invoice history
- Cancel your subscription
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from the billing page. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your booking page goes offline but your data is preserved for 90 days in case you resubscribe.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Stripe supports 30+ currencies — you're billed in your local currency where available.
