Pricing
Reserv.Now costs $19 per location per month (USD; varies by currency — see below). This includes:
- Unlimited staff members per location
- Unlimited bookings per month
- All features — no tiers, no add-ons, no transaction fees
- 30-day free trial with full access
- Up to 3 locations during the trial without payment details
Currency
We bill in your local currency where supported. Reserv.Now is priced in 21 currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR, CAD, AUD, NZD, CHF, SEK, NOK, DKK, SGD, HKD, JPY, KRW, and ZAR. Pricing is locally appropriate, not a flat conversion (e.g. EUR 17, GBP 15, AED 69, JPY 2,900).
Starting Your Trial
Your 30-day trial begins when you create your account. You get full access to every feature, and no credit card is required for up to 3 locations during the trial.
If you add a 4th location during the trial, your trial ends and your card is charged immediately for the additional location.
Upgrading to a Paid Plan
Before your trial ends, you'll see a prompt to upgrade:
- Go to Dashboard → Billing
- Click Upgrade
- Enter your payment details (processed securely via Stripe)
- Your subscription starts immediately
Adding Locations
Each additional business location costs $19/month (or local equivalent). To add a location:
- Go to Dashboard → Billing
- Increase your licence count
- Confirm the proration preview and complete payment
Managing Your Subscription
In Dashboard → Billing you can:
- View your current plan, licence count, and next billing date
- Update your payment method via the Stripe customer portal
- View and download invoice history
- Increase or decrease your licence count
- Cancel your subscription
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your booking pages go offline. You can re-subscribe at any time to restore access — your business data is retained per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Stripe also supports local payment methods in many regions (e.g. iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA Direct Debit).
