Your Booking URL

Your booking page lives at:

https://reserv.now/en/book/your-subdomain

Replace your-subdomain with the subdomain you chose during onboarding. This URL works in any browser, on any device.

Where to Share

Google Maps / Google Business Profile

1. Go to your Google Business Profile
2. Click Edit profile → Contact
3. Add your booking URL under Appointment link
4. Customers searching for your business on Google will see a "Book" button

Instagram

Add your booking URL to your Instagram bio. Consider using a link-in-bio tool if you need multiple links.

WhatsApp

Send your booking link directly to customers, or add it to your WhatsApp Business profile under Business tools → Catalog / Short link.

Facebook

Add your booking URL as the Action button on your Facebook page (Settings → Action Button → Book Now).

Your Website

Option A: Simple link

Add a "Book Now" button that links to your booking URL.

Option B: Embed

Add a one-line script to embed the booking widget directly on your website:

This loads the booking page in an iframe on your site.

Email Signature

Add your booking URL to your email signature so every email you send becomes a booking opportunity.

Language

Your booking page is available in 16 languages. The language is set by the URL prefix:

• reserv.now/en/book/... — English
• reserv.now/ar/book/... — Arabic (RTL)
• reserv.now/fr/book/... — French
• reserv.now/de/book/... — German

The customer's browser language is detected automatically and the URL adjusts.
